Jax Fish Shrimp and Chicken started with one kitchen on Dunn Avenue and a simple idea: serve Jacksonville real food, made with real care. Four years and three locations later, that's still exactly what we do.

I haven't tried nothing but the wings. If I'm going to order wings, this is the place I go to. They are delicious! Everyone there is very kind! Fast friendly service! Pretty good prices too. I'm going to try a burger in the next day or two and I'll let you know how it is. I will eventually try other stuff also.( Update) I tried the cheeseburger. It was delicious also! Of course I had the combo.

Absolutely amazing! Stopped in to try some of the local flavor. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to help me with the menu (everything looked great) Ended up getting the daily special which had several options that included fries and a drink for 7.99. Decided to not only try the catfish but also the fried gizzards.

We were looking for a fish/chips spot googled and found a few. Went to one and the cashier was rude so I decided I wasn't spending my money there. Still looking I decided to try this spot and we weren't disappointed. The food is fresh and by taste the oil wasn't stale/old. Also by the taste the 🐟 🐠 🎣 🐡 and 🐔 🐥 wings were washed and seasoned before being dipped in the batter and fresh. Fries were fried to taste.

We've been here three times now, and I have to say, each time we ordered shrimp and scallops, we forgot to grab some cocktail sauce on the way out. Despite that, the food is delicious, freshly cooked, and served promptly. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, plus the menu has so many tasty choices.
